Foreign Visitors Impressed by Joysun Safety’s Work Glove Factory in Gaozhou
A group of foreign guests recently visited the Joysun safety work glove factory in Gaozhou, China, gaining a firsthand look at the company’s impressive manufacturing processes. The visitors were taken through a comprehensive tour of the various production stages, from the leather processing plant to the final packaging area.
Their journey began at the leather manufacturing and processing facility, where they witnessed the transformation of raw materials into high-quality leather. This was followed by a visit to the leather cutting workshop, where precision and efficiency were on full display. The guests then moved to the glove stitching workshop, where skilled workers sewed the gloves with remarkable dexterity.
The next stop was the glove pressing and quality inspection workshop, where each glove undergoes rigorous checks to ensure it meets the highest standards. After passing inspection, the gloves move to the packaging workshop, where they are prepared for distribution. Additionally, the guests were shown the production line for dipped gloves, a unique process that involves coating gloves with a protective material, enhancing their durability and functionality.
Yongli Company, established in 2003, owns and operates this impressive factory. Located in the glove manufacturing hub of Gaozhou, Guangdong Province, the company boasts a convenient location near the Zhanjiang Wuchuan International Airport and the Maoming High-speed Railway Station. Covering a total area of 100 acres with a plant area of 60,000 square meters, Yongli’s state-of-the-art facility houses 30 leather making machines and 600 glove production machines.
The company employs 300 skilled workers and specializes in the production of leather work gloves made from cowhide, pigskin, and sheepskin, as well as various dipped gloves. With an annual output of 1 million dozen leather work gloves, Yongli exports its products to over 100 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Russia, Europe, and the Middle East, generating an annual export revenue of 20 million US dollars.
The foreign visitors were particularly impressed with the scale of the operation, noting that Yongli is currently the largest glove factory in Gaozhou. They expressed a strong interest in future collaborations, recognizing the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
